7-Day Return Window

We offer a hassle-free 7-day return window from the date of delivery. If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

Items are eligible for return if they are:

• ✦Unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• ✦With all tags intact and original packaging
• ✦Not worn or altered in any way
• ✦Reported within 7 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• ✕Items purchased during sale or with discount codes over 30%
• ✕Innerwear and swimwear for hygiene reasons
• ✕Items damaged due to customer misuse
• ✕Custom or personalized orders

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

• ✦UPI / Online payments: Refunded to original payment method
• ✦Cash on Delivery: Refunded via UPI/bank transfer
• ✦Store credit option: Available within 24 hours
